Rehoming awesome cat

Unfortunately pet allergies have developed and we have to rehome our awesome cat Gizmo. He’s a short haired boy, about 9 years old. Super chill. Loves to be outside but likes a warm body to cuddle up to at night. You can have a litter box for him or he’ll go outside. He’s a low maintenance easy to love guy. Likes his space but also loves to be affectionate. We’d love to find him a nice home. He’s not a huge dog lover but he has learned to tolerate our Pitbull who likes him a little too much. He’s ok with kids but not toddlers. He gets along with most of the neighbor cats but can be picky about making friends. He’s great at keeping rodents away and needs an outdoor space.
