Realestate books and exam

Used for real estate license exam and passed
Sparky no longer needs books on Realestate stuff because he passed the exam. A year from now he won’t be able to answer one question from the exam or even know how to spell realestate. But he’s giving his books away so that you, too, can join the exciting world of realestate license stuff. Do not let it worry you that the Legal Aspects book shows the most use. What a deal.
Used to be, the serious money was in Commercial RE–serious residual income. WFH has clobbered that more than a bit.
Residential RE is tough sledding of late, too–for a vast number of issues.

Uhm, Spark, are you aware that every State has its own RE Exam, and it’s middling important to know if your exam crib sheet is for Ish or not.

RE exam is relatively straight forward–finding a Broker to work under less so.
