II guess the preferred female will be sleeping on the not-quite-a-sofa. Oh, wait, there will be constant 420 parties and loud music so sleeping is not an option. Is it at all suspicious that there is only one photo, and that’s of furniture? Better get the place clean for the next preferred female and/or pet.
