Ralph sent in this “Second Hand” ad because he knew Sparky was secretly Captain Obvious. Sparky found a ship wreck once, posted it on CL, with the same last line, needs fixing. A tornado went through his house so he put it up for sale cause it needs fixing. And these seats from a long-gone vehicle may have been recovered from a crime scene. The fixing they need is much more than just recovering.
